Modern devices guarantee quality
The Pre Press studio is equipped with the EPSON P 500 digital proofing system. Two KODAK platesetters are used to expose the plates: MAGNUS Q 800 and TRENDSETTER Q800. Both operate on the basis of KODAK SQUARE POINT system in which raster points are mapped in the form of squares. The KODAK SQUARE POINT and KODAK AUTOFOCUS systems used in the devices ensure high quality and repeatability of exposure. To obtain special printing effects, it is possible to expose plates with Stoccato stochastic raster.
The printing facility is equipped with 3 Koenig & Bauer offset machines printing in conventional and UV technology. We print on thin papers, cardboards, plastics and foils with a thickness of 0.06 to 1.2 mm. Maximum printing format – 740 x 1050mm, 6 printing colours + varnishing towers. Capacity up to 17,000 sheets/hour. High print quality is ensured by on-line control and measurement systems: Ergo Tronic Color Control, Ergo Tronic LAB, and In-line: QualiTronic Color Control
We perform die cutting on the Brausse Signa 1050 F automated machine, manufactured by Bobst. The device allows you to cut papers with a weight of 80 g/m2, solid cardboard, microwaves and B-waves up to 2000 g/m2, as well as PE and PP plastics with up to 0.6 mm in thickness. The maximum format of die-cut substrates – 1050×750 mm. The device is equipped with a cleaning section for cut-out elements.
Refinement using the hot stamping technique is performed on the Brausse Signa 1050 F machine, manufactured by Bobst. Maximum sheet format 1040×720 mm. Maximum weight 2000 g/m2. Speed 7500 sheets/hour.
The Brausse Forza 1100 automatic box gluing machine, manufactured by Bobst, enables the production of solid cardboard packaging with a weight of up to 800 g/m2, microwave, as well as PE and PPE plastics. The gluing machine has HHS glue systems for cold and hot gluing up to 6 points. In addition, the machine is equipped with a plasma flap grinding system, tools for Z-folding, pocket folding and small boxes.
